Dates are 8th Nov, 15 th Nov, 22nd Nov, 29th Nov, 6th Dec, 13th Dec. You just need to book a ticket for the first date to book a place on all six weeks. Suitable for people experiencing low mood and/or anxiety who want to learn more about themselves and how to manage their mental and emotional wellbeing. Types of Activity include Taught sessions, group and individual activities, some suggested home work activities. You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot.
Topics covered: Setting Goals, Taking Positive Steps, Being Kind to Yourself What is FEAR, How to we react to anxiety, Fight Flight & Freeze explained Cycle of Worries, STOP technique, Breathing Exercises Finding Gratitude, Mindfulness and Negative Thinking Relaxation techniques & how they help our mind/body Motivation, Our Strengths, Values/Beliefs
Help you recognise trigger points and warning signs around your own mental and emotional well being Share and learn from others’ experiences in a supportive group setting Equip you with a range of ideas and techniques to help you manage low mood and anxiety
