FORUMS4SCHOOLS

FORUMS4SCHOOLS is a new concept setting up parent/carer forums of SEND children in all schools in Bury.  We want you to help your child's school understand and implement teaching that works for our children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of your child's learning and to help schools gain a greater understanding of our children.

​

As a parent/carer you will:

​

• Attend regular meetings with other SEND parent/carers of your school;

• Discuss what's working well and what's not;

• Choose a 'Key Person' for your forum who can clearly communicate the ideas and improvements suggested to the school's nominated contact.

​

BURY2GETHER will direct the start-up and can offer advice and support to get things of the ground.
